Chidera Dennis Ugwuegbu, LL.B, B.L, LL.M, Ph.D (inview) AcArb(UK) a dedicated legal scholar and lecturer with the University on the Niger, Umunya, Anambra State. Chidera is also human rights advocate, and aspiring Anglican priest. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Adeleke University, a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Babcock University.
