Chimere graduated from Imo State University Owerri in 2004 and after his Law School and NYSC joined the Law firms of P. O. Kalu & Co. (Owerri) and Emeka Nnubia & Associates (Lagos) during which period he gained a lot of experience in corporate, commercial and criminal law practice. He, thereafter, took some time off to pursue his LLM in International Commercial Law and PhD both at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom. Chimere, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Imo State University was appointed a lecturer in 2012, and he teaches Labour Law, Land Law, Oil and Gas law, and Human Rights Law at the undergraduate levels. He is currently developing a curriculum on Petroleum and Natural Resources Law for the postgraduate level. He is the Managing Partner of Leeds Legal, and has since then put to the best use his experience in handling very knotty corporate and commercial disputes which has earned him growing reputation. He also brings to the firm his knowledge of office administration and financial prudence. He is happily married with children.
